Support Ticket
Organize your business’s help center and project management with Support Ticket WebItems™ module. Your clients will be able to log in and create project and tech support issues, saving you valuable phone time. The UAdmin Users will be shown a list of open active tickets for them to manage. When a ticket is closed, the client will be notified of the results via email. Tickets can be categorized for more effective handling.

Integrate a Community portal to allow your clients to view their current ticket status online. Tie it into FAQ WebItems and many of their questions can be answered quickly.
